Nadine M. Bailey, a senior associate with the Tanowitz Law Office, focuses her practice extensively in the area of civil litigation, including business, commercial and construction litigation. She has years of experience practicing insurance defense, which include bad faith claims, personal injury protection benefits claims, premises liability, product liability, property damage and personal injury matters. Ms. Bailey also has experience in complex litigation, including class action lawsuits, insurance coverage disputes and reinsurance policies.

Ms. Bailey has successfully litigated, mediated and taken to trial numerous cases on behalf of national corporate clients, major transportation companies, insurers, and self-insureds.
